Am I the only person

Who physically is not allowed to go to bed when they want. Theres always someone or 2 people in my house who shower at like 1am and I can’t sleep because of it, it’s just so frustrating and it makes me want to cry everyday because I need to change my sleeping schedule and it’s not possible. Anyway rant over who wants to call before I cry
