Ok can someone explain

The saxophones thing to me??? I’ve seen it in so many contexts it’s lost its meaning. Like I’ve seen it where hearing it was someone choosing to leave their husband, another for suicide, and another for someone watching another person grabbing McDonald’s. I really don’t understand and I’m starting to think no one else does either
