The designs that say perms are just so you can put them in shops

I mean you and your friends getting gifting shops and gifting eachothers is probably the way to go otherwise maybe use the vending machine (besides the competing shops)

Cold when u create a shop it asks u to check whether u want it to be gifting or normal, with gifting youre the only one who can buy/gift from it and max price u can put items is like 200 idk (obv youre gonna buy everything at 1 koin), and you have 27 stocks instead of 30 Also theyre usually diff prices (it tells you what was the last successful minimum bid when you sumbit your bid for the next cycle, rn its like 6k compared to 3.5k normal shops
