Idea To Incentivize People To Start Race Lobbies

This is just an idea but maybe have one of the first 5-10 people to join a race Lobby get the ability to chose which challenge is used for the Qualifiers. Races fill fast once it hits 15+ people but filling the first 10 or so spots takes forever, so this could be a way to help fill lobbies early on faster. Sin
