have normal sleep schedules???????? im on day 3 of going to sleep at 11pm and waking up at 7am........... but by like 3pm im tired af like its 6:30pm right now and i feel like i could fall asleep sitting up. my "me" time isnt even enjoyable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
