How to do animated backgrounds? I thought turning an image into a gif would work but clearly that wasn't the case.

yes it has to be a gif but it also has to be under a certain KB size. which is why most of the animated ones look like shit cus you can't have quality and low size too. i haven't been able to make one that looks good and meets the requirements so i gave up.
