i work in a hotel and a guest was rude to me so i wrote in my shift report today:
"Guest in Rm 428 upset we don't offer room service. She said I need to bring her food up to her room and after stating I could not do that as I was on shift alone, she stormed off. Will not be bringing shit to her."
