what sobri said, once you get a sense of the back-and-forward it becomes a joke, it's just the gold bar thats HELLA easy to lose track of

i turn it into a 4 count so then i can predict when it's about to move and usually will stop pressing around the 3 or 4 to get ready for it to swing the other way

if you just watch it move by itself for the first 10-15 seconds you'll notice it always takes the same amount of time to switch directions if that makes sense

akshar it becomes a lot easier when you figure out how to find the rhythm
