If I purchase a design for permission am I only allowed to post it for 1 stock only?

Not this upcoming cycle but the one after that. Now my question is how do I get permission for designs? 😁 Tagging some designers I know of; Dimitra brookie Imon Stayc Marilise Nenalala Am sure there are plenty more talented designers out there I just listed the few I’ve seen in shops 💕

Please?
