You may nominate anyone. 3. The POV holder will determine the winning tribe. Nominations for the arena must be decided among the losing tribe members. 4. The losing tribe must nominate among their own members. The winning tribe nominates only those of the losing tribe as well. 5. Tribes will exist until a tribe is left with only 2 members. This will declare a merge. For example, Tribe 1 has 4 people, and Tribe 2 has 3 (they lost). The next round will have a total of 6 people, which marks the merge.
