20 players, 2 slashers person who wins competition is immune from the NEXT death and gets to guess who is the slasher. If they succeed slasher dies if they are wrong they die. slashers each kill someone each round. People who are bottom 50% of scorers in challenge can die, top 50% immune for the round.

we could have more than one lobby filling for the games at a time and the contestants be a secret until the lobby fills so premades becomes slightly less of a problem. Like when you press "play arena" you get sent to a random unfilled lobby and cant see who you're playing with until the game fills up. Then at the start of the game we could have like a 5 minute "conversation" phase to quickly make allies and alliances. Just like in big brother you dont know who you're playing with until you walk in the door, and then you have a few moments to talk to one another before the first HOH

in reality tv/bigbrother/survivor reddit groups, twitters, communities etc. A steady group of 120~ online everyday is not enough and it will begin to dwindle.
