it would be the first thing i push sin to do if elected on council. Hysteria is SO fun, but it never fucking fills because people see 8/22 and are like "um, no" imagine seeing 8/11!! It would fill INSTANTLY. They would fill even faster than Frenzys. Come on people! You are much more inclined to play a Hysteria at 4/11 than you are to play a hysteria 11/22, like let that sink in!!

over time like in battle royale games and hunger games. Idk if this is a mechanic but when you kill someone you should take all or half of their stuff
