Hello dollies, today we are heading to the construction site to serve crane couture and blueprint the haus down boots! I was curious to see how these femmes and fairies would butch it up, but I'm not gonna lie, I was really uninspired this week. I just don't really think this theme is my thing. But I still tried to do my best to look past it and focus on the raw elements of modeling. Let's get into it. #dntm5 dimitra gabs - Did you know you had a possibility to win? Did you know all of America is rooting for you? And then you come in here and treat this like a joke? You come in here and look at that and say 'I can't read that' you read 10× better than half of those girls over there, and you come in here with a defeatist attitude! Be quiet Gabriella. Be quiet! What is wrong with you? STOPPPP ITTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT. I have never in my life yelled at a girl like this. When my mother yells like this it's because she loves me. I was rooting for you, we were all rooting for you! How dare you! Learn something from this! *composes self* we can now resume. AngieKStan Critique: This is a huge step up from last week overall. I think the Miley Cyrus influence was really clever, and I love the way you chose to style her. The black/yellow was a phenomenal choice to represent a construction zone and I think you making the focus more on the debris/wrecking ball hitting the building as opposed to the crane itself really gives the outfit a chance to shine. I can't help but think the way she's positioned on the wrecking ball is a little awkward, like she has super strength and is carrying her body weight solely by the left hand on the chain. I think you probably didn't want the interpretation to be too literal, and I still enjoy the shape that she's making with her body. She's very stretched and is working every inch of the frame. It's a gorgeous picture, with some minor placement issues. 8.7/10 kaliminaj Critique: FINALLY I feel like you delivered a really stunning photograph! This is so lethal from head to toe. The hair is flowing gorgeously in the wind, I love the use of triangles. The arms above her head are forming a triangle, and the right leg bent at an acute angle is forming another one. It creates this really eye-catching symmetry and it makes her body look so curvalicious. What makes me a little nervous is, this is your second time in a row hanging upside down in a photoshoot. Isn't the blood starting to rush to your head a bit girl? Make sure not to be one note. The caution tape is soooo lady gaga though I live. The background...meh....but overall this is really really strong and I think youre moving in a positive direction 8.5/10 medusaluh Critique: It's honestly just hard to understand what's going on in this image im not gonna lie. To me she looks like this really wealthy mid-30s woman who's getting out of her limousine in the depths of winter. Like where exactly is she...? Is this like a helicopter or is she inside one of the machineries driving it? It's a really stunning photograph in and of itself, but I'm just not really connecting with the theme much here. The coat itself is jaw-dropping and I love the positioning of the legs. There's a really cramped, claustrophobic kinda vibe here and I love how she's using the limited space to contort in all the right ways. The image itself is stunning, again I just don't see construction. 7/10 manyomash Critique: It's a fabulous photo. I mean do you ever really miss? You are the only one who to me perfectly encapsulated the masculine and feminine contradiction here. She's in this really elegant dress and obviously has never lifted a finger in her life, I mean she's an absolute princess. It's like her and her friends snuck into a construction site after dark and she decided to climb onto one of the wheels of the truck for dramatic effect. And holy drama! The way the dress just flows so perfectly down half of the wheel, the way her legs are kicked up into the little hole above it, and the arms pushed out in front of her with those sheer sleeves. It's so fierce! 9.5/10 maris Critique: I'm not personally the biggest fan of the styling here, but I will say this is undeniably a strong shot. I just find myself getting so bored with your model. Every week it's just really polished, but I'm struggling to see PERSONALITY and PRESENCE. I really want her to do something to stand out and take a risk. I mean, it still has to be pretty, but again you just can't rely on pretty every single time. When do we see something edgy, something artistic, something that pushes the envelope? This image to me is obviously a safe image, like there's no way I see you going home with such a flawless pose, a really stunning gown, and props that are being used effectively. Don't get me wrong, I do like it. I just want you to WOW me. 8.5/10 seong Critique: I appreciate the risk and outside-the-box thinking as always, but I do not think this image is the most flattering. If we think about his positioning on the glass, I wish his whole body and face would have been pushed against the glass instead of his body being oddly laid flat with his head randomly propped up. It's like...is he resting on the glass or is he on top of it looking down at it. I think it a sense the illusion of it is kinda cool and you definitely get brownie points for cleverness. There are otherwise elements I enjoy about this anyways. The hand placement is very intense and there's an essence of fear in his expression/grip, but it still comes off as really confident and sexy as well. It's not my favorite tonight, but it's not bad either. 8/10 honey Critique: I love how you decided to incorporate the element of rain here, the wet feel adds a layer of seduction. I don't really have much to say about this not gonna lie. The legs and arms are positioned just right, except I do with the left arm was pushed forward a little bit more. We are kinda losing it in the dark. It's not as high fashion as some of your competitors, but it's still a really fierce photo! 8.2/10 goomybear Critique: I have mixed feelings on this photo. I love the shape he’s making with his body and the wrapping of the fabric around the excavator. He’s really making use of the environment and incorporating the garment nicely. He reminds me of the captain of a ship looking out onto the ocean. On the flip side, there are some aesthetic issues. The face looks really boney and it’s kinda giving skeletor. The hue is also really strange here I'm realizing, especially in contrast with some of your competitors. It's borderline jaundice LOL.....definitely try to be brighter next time. 7.9/10 lewis Critique: It's a big fat chop babes. He looks a mess LOL. I would try to step away from this overly-human approach in the future. It's looking really low budget and like it was filmed on an iPhone with flash, as opposed to a professional camera. Besides that, I do like how you lit the machinery on fire and I think the legs are looking extraordinary. It's giving major human torch energy and his hair is really on brand given the direction you chose to take this shoot. Overall, it's one of the weakest still. 6.5/10 guiltyassin Critique: It's a rather lifeless photograph, but it still kinda works here. I think it's very billie eilish and generally just kinda depressing. Love the way she's leaning with the harness, the little baby hairs in the front and the facial expression is really kinda giving "fuck this job, but at least I look hot af doing it" The mesh of material with the leather of the shoes/top and whatever the heck those pants/the jacket are made of is a little questionable fashionably, but I like that this girl has an aesthetic and is committed to the bit. It's not your best, but it's still decently strong! 8.3/10 marquis Critique: old school The Challenge challenges be like. LOL. This photo gives me anxiety because it's almost like he's climbing to the edge to jump off and how the hell is he ever gonna get down from there regardless? I'm obsessed with the styling here, this bright orange is not only unique for your model, but just screams construction. I'm shocked no one else incorporated the highlighter hues. The fabrics dangling in the wind, the belts hugging his waist, the doggy position as he's crawling to the edge of the plank. This to me screams fashion and it makes you feel something. This man is worn tf out, yet still looks so gorgeous and hydrated. We could have done without the rings TBH... but ya know....that's very minor in the grand scheme. 9/10 fancy Critique: It's a strange photo and I think to start off, I'm not sure where his eyes are going. They aren't really directed towards the camera or at the tool he's using, they're just staring off into space. It looks a little demonic (which kinda fits the whole vibe of the shot), but also a little cross-eyed and I don't think it's doing him any favors. The outfit is so dark and the background is so dark it's kinda hard to make out some of the details. The more I look at it the more I appreciate how evil it is and how it looks like he's either on drugs of possessed. Not the most visually enticing shot, but there is a sinister vibe that's enjoyable. 7.5/10 cupidstunt Critique: It's a stunning photo, I love the garment itself most of all. This is a fashion statement. It's giving white collar boss comes out to the site to order the big buff men around and to flex her wealth at the blue collar workers. The pantsuit with the tulle reminds me of yin and yang and I will always be a sucker for a black and white combo. Love how you decided to point the toe and there is a lot of power in her body and in her facial expression. No notes miss cupid! 9/10 Callout Order: 1. Manyomash 2. Marquis 3. CupidStunt 4. The little dot next to someone’s username tells you all of their previous usernames….. I thought it just meant they were activated idfk

I was unable to write lengthier reviews last night, but wanted to give my two cents on the after party shots Callout order is as follows goomybear - 10 it’s fucking everything lol. The mirror effect was just so breathtaking. The men in the background in the bed as props is so fucking scandalous. It’s demonic, it’s chic, it’s a quirky direction to take this in. Best shot I’ve seen of you easily! seong - 9.5 were so back. He looks like a dried up prune who can’t stand the sight of the sun after a horrificly sobering morning. The styling is gorgeous, the Birds Eye view angle was very smart. fancy - 9.5 ITS SO GOOD I’m obsessed with the pants and the cigar, you can tell he’s the boss and was the one hosting the party. It’s honestly giving drug lord and I’m obsessed with how euphoria it is. But it really could’ve used some more detail in the background to take it to the next level. guiltyassin - 9.3 YES ITS SO HIGH FASHION. Using the pool was creative af and I am obsessed with the pose. Brought down slightly by the metallic quality of the backdrop and the fact that her head is propped up instead of resting on the diving board. manyomash - 9.2 again it’s spectacular, love the British influences, love the idea of her getting up and posing on the table, love the use of people in the background and their costumes. You are a competitor mama!! lewis - 8.8 what it boils down to is I’m a sucker for anyone who used the table LOL. I just think there’s so much detail involved in this type of setting and it makes the images visually compelling. Styled really gorgeously. maris - 8.5 it is good I just feel like maybe a little cliche. I’ve totally seen this done before in many other catalogs and even cupidstunt took the same approach as you. It’s stunning and the pose is exceptional, but try to think outside the box! marquis - 8.2 it’s really good but I think you just need to watch the predictability factor. We see him in this same white flowy gown 9 times out of 10. Surprise is in terms of the styling, we don’t wanna get bored. He’s so hot btw honey - 8 it’s simplistic but still polished. I think you, like Maris, need to challenge yourself to do something unique and to really stand out. You can’t rely on pretty forever! cupidstunt - 8 similar to Maris, it’s a little predictable to me in terms of the posing and I do think if we compare face cards, Maris is giving much more intensity and strength. It’s still a gorgeous photo. gabs - 7.9 I do love the body language and that she looks fashionably hungover, but this background is so bad. Just really unnecessarily shiny and metallic to the point you can tell it’s AI. AngieKStan - 7.7 I think she looks beautiful but it’s taking me way too long to figure out what is happening here. She doesn’t really look a hot mess, she just looks like she’s playing with butterflies in the garden. If it wasn’t for the table in the back, I wouldn’t be able to fully grasp the theme ohemgee - 7.5 I just don’t know how to feel. It’s elegant, but it’s just a little predictable and the blue dress is especially throwing me off in terms of styling. I wish she pushed it further in terms of emotion as well. medusaluh - 7.5 the quality here is a bit lackluster, but I do like the concept here and think the use of props makes her look like such a badass. I’m just curious how you’re making these images if not with AI, cuz they do look a little dim? I think finding a way to liven them up would help you a lot kaliminaj - 6 the quality of this image is disastrous sis 😭she is blurry the haus down. thiii 5 it was time for you to go 😭 jordie has dropped out and if this was because of critiques, I don’t want to add fuel to the fire. I will respect her privacy at this time.

This season is all about showing what the big dogs are made of, and they certainly did not disappoint. It is a botanical wonderland, with tons of variety, fashion statements, and elevated talent. Let's get into it. #dntm5 dimitra I have set a timer for one hour on my phone bc I cba to be spending all night on this. (I went way over and will have to shorten these next time) gabs Critique: The season 1 girls had it most difficult because we had no mold or expectation in terms of quality. For an OG to pull out a concept this strong proves that we can keep up and show out. This picture is so stunning. Love how you played with lighting here, and the sun shining down with her hand blowing in the wind makes her look otherworldly. Like Mother Nature herself. The dress is a showstopper, and I love how at the bottom it perfectly blends in with the leaves almost as if she is a plant herself coming to life. The leg tilted to the side adds a much needed silhouette and I love the flower props as well. My one problem would be that I wish her eyes had a little bit more life in them. Otherwise, I can't find a flaw in sight. 9.5/10 angiekstan Critique: Another girl I'm really impressed by, especially because I'd usually expect you to take a comedic approach. She looks sexy as fuck and the color scheme is so flattering. The legs are the star of the show, they go on for days...weeks...months....which is tricky to pull off in this kind of slouched position. You managed to keep her looking really long and powerful despite her just kinda chillin on a mushroom. Another really critical note is you managed to get the face looking right. There's intensity in the eyes, which a lot of these girls struggle to pull off when coding into chatGPT. My only problem is I wish the left hand was serving more of a purpose instead of just floating there. If it was reaching for a flower or acting as a magical goddess who is bringing the plants to life, I think it'd be more purposeful. 9.1/10 ohemgee Critique: It's proportionately really interesting, I love the crooked angle shooting her from below. This to me is taking the shot to the next level. You incorporated glamour and polish, but it's that little quirk that just makes it so much more memorable. I love how there's this contrast of innocence/safety on her pretty little pink flower, yet she's surrounded by all these Venus fly traps that are ready to turn her into bacon. It's unintentionally a play off of good and evil I think. As far as the actual modeling itself, the pose just screams fashion to me. I could see this in a magazine in a heartbeat. She looks confident and in-control of her surroundings, the face is right and striking at that, the bend of the leg adds that extra flare the posing needs. It's one of my favorite shots. 9.7/10 jordie Critique: Comparably to the first three photos, this has a dullness that I'm not very fond of. When I think of flowers and plants, I really do think of vibrancy and color, yet this somehow looks really lifeless altogether. The flower on the right almost looks like it's dying....and she herself doesn't look the most alive either. There's something in the eyes and the mouths that makes her look like a barbie doll rather than a human being. It's just not reading as present to me. I'm being so harsh let me reel it back in a little bit. The pose is really great, I do love the leg of course and the hand placement is very interactive. It's just....the face feels so disconnected from how she's interacting. It's just a really awkward photo overall, slightly saved by the body positioning and the hair flowing majestically. We gotta step it up! 7.3/10 kaliminaj Critique: It really is giving me the fate of ophelia a bit. The pink hair is driving me crazy here...it does not fit the aesthetic of the photo and looks really tacky. Otherwise, this is a good shot. Not anything mind-blowing, but it's safe. There are definitely some chatgpt issues here....the hand reaching up to me should be intertwined with the birds/string and maybe even wrapped around your arm would have elevated the picture a little more. The propped up nature of the head is scaring me, I feel like she's really relaxed in the bottom half of her body and then there's all this tension above the neck. It's not my favorite tonight Kali. 7.7/10 medusaluh Critique: This is weird and although I appreciate you obviously stand out in the crowd, I don't think it's properly executed. The best part of this photo is the styling. The flowers growing out of her coat and her hair is really chic, I love how it feels like she's one with the flower. I think it's strange that all these flowers are growing on her, yet there's NONE to be seen around her at all. I think incorporating the flowers in the backdrop would've brought everything together. The Venus fly traps look really low quality and I do think this adds a dreamy quality that's fascinating. The bad part of this is 1. why are her eyes closed and 2. she's just kinda standing there....so if you're gonna do that, there needs to be some sort of story or some visual cues that are making it relevant and worthwhile. I'm not understanding the vision here. Is it a dream...? Cuz all I'm seeing is nightmare. 6/10 manyomash Critique: Obsessed. This photo is so bouncy and elegant and untraditional and I think it really paid off. White is symbolically a really positive color. I mean we think weddings, angels, lightness. But we also think innocence, and I think the contrasting melancholy of this image captures the nervousness/insecurity that this color simultaneously represents. The dress blends in with the flowers beautifully, and I love how the bunching of it in the back mimics the folds to a t. This is flawless to me. 10/10 maris Critique: I love it! Queen of the garden perched right upon her lotus. There's really not much I can critique here. The pose is really seductive, the dress is impeccable, her face is enticing. it's very polished but on the flip side perhaps a little safe. It's got all the makings of a top model, but I want to challenge you to ELEVATE because you can't rely on pretty forever. What can you do to make yourself stand out in a crowd, while maintaining the elegance she naturally conveys? 9/10 seong Critique: You are known for pushing the envelope and for thinking creatively, but I have to say I'm missing the theme a little bit here. Upon first glance, there's asian influence which I appreciate. But the cultural elements I think are overshadowing the botanical focus. I do still think there are elements of this shot that are appealing. The flowy-ness of the garment is really majestic and I love how the swan is picking at the bottom of it. The fan was a cute idea, but I think it's a bit out place here especially because it's not decorated with the flowers whatsoever. I appreciate the risk, but in the future, I wouldn't incorporate anything that draws attention away from the task at hand. 7.7/10 thiii Critique: It's so funny this was making me laugh so much earlier. The foot is CRAZYYYYYY like I just can't take it seriously LOOOOL. Jack and the beanstalk ass bitch. It looks like her foot is just exponentially growing out of control and is weighing her down. Ok Ok enough about her feet, we'll see more on onlyfans surely. OTHERWISE, although it's so distracting, I appreciate certain elements of the shot. I like that you took a more badass approach, rather than copping out for a "look how pretty and feminine I am" vibe that everyone else did. Her facial expression exudes strength and power and I love how she's using the .....beanstalks......to pose. It's not the best, but don't get deFEETed cuz it's not the worst either. 7/10 honey Critique: It's ok. I really really really love the shape that is being made with the heels, it makes the legs look really long and gives it a cutting edge. I almost wish she was barefoot and creating that shape naturally. The more I look at it, the more I actually enjoy it. it's just a little simple, but sometimes that can be most effective. Love the leaning and love the hand above her head. The light is shining on her just enough to add that pop of brightness the shot needs. It's pretty good actually. 8/10 goomybear Critique: This is stunning overall. His hair is styled just right, the placement of the flowers is so ethereal. Love how he's interacting with the backdrop. The pose is so flowy and it feels like it's mimicking the fluidity of the flower folds. On the flip side, I do think the left hand is awkwardly placed and the limp nature makes me feel like it should be grabbing something, The hue of the outfit is a little too bright for me, I wish it was toned down to match the subtle purple vibe of the flower itself. The eyes are looking a little drowsy, but otherwise the face is really sexy. 8.2/10 lewis Critique: Something about this shot is throwing me off. It feels like she was cut and pasted into a frame she does not belong in. The fashion aspects are not aligning with the environment she's in. I wish it was more balanced in terms of color scheme. This is where I think having the eyes closed works a lot because obviously she's being blocked by the sun. I do really like the dress itself and I think if you were able to incorporate it more into the environment, I'd be viewing this in a whole different light. Overall, I love that there is a humanness to this. She's in the garden. She's bathing in the sun. It just looks very natural again. This is not the worst, but it's not the best either. 7.9/10 guiltyassin Critique: there are elements of the shot. I really love I think the pose and the angles that are being created with the wooden picture frame is really high fashion. The picture frame itself is a little odd, but I appreciate that you incorporated it in a way that makes her look very powerful and striking. The legs are glistening, and the dress itself contrast the blue flowers so nicely overall mama, this is a serve. 8.5/10 Marquis Critique: I'm going to try not to be biased here because I am so ridiculously attracted to your model, it's overwhelming. The quality of your images is always unmatched. He just always glows and has this realistic quality that a lot of the other models struggle to convey. That being said I do feel like this photo lacks detail and a clear vision. I'm not sure the garment itself has any relevance to the flower, and while the colors pair nicely together, I wish that you had incorporated the flower in the fashion. The face is really striking as always and I love that it's almost like he's climbing a staircase of blue flowers. Again, not the worst but ELEVATE! 7.9/10 fancy Critique: LOL THIS IS SO CUNT I LOVE IT. He looks like a bad bitch using the path of flowers as his runway to strut down. I love that you made his eyes purple/pink, I think that almost gives the effect of poison, or control, or as if the flowers are awakening something within him. I love that there's an unapologetic feminine quality here, and that he's almost flaunting it to show people how little of a fuck he gives. Speaking of little though...we need to make sure we are keeping him looking as tall and as long as possible here. He's appearing to be 5'0 here...it's bordering into little person territory. It may just be the angle itself, but this is border lining into comedic territory. Still, I think you had fun with this and it shows LOL. 8.5/10 cupidstunt Critique: Ahhh Miss Cupid....darling this is lethal. It is so Megan Fox coded. I think black pairs so wonderfully dark red (maroon?) and it's taking this to vampire territory which is a really fascinating direction to take this in. Also, can we talk about how she's grabbing the thorny bamboo with not a care in the world? It's almost like she hopes she gets cut so she can lick the blood off her fingers. I love the darkness, I love the supernatural deduction you can draw from it. The leg tilt I'm realizing was a lot of the girls got to and I'mma be a lot stricter on that in the future, but regardless it looks so intense and spooky. She's the villain of the season! 9.5/10 Callout Order: 1. manyomash 2. ohemgee 3. CupidStunt 4. Gabs 5. AngieKStan 6. maris 7. guiltyassin 8. Fancy 9. goomybear 10. honey 11. lewis 12. marquis 13. seong 14. kaliminaj 15. Jordie 16. thiii 17. medusalah Good luck girls and boys, porkchop out.
