So, I wanted to write something directly to all the newer players, or the ones that consider themselves to not be ‘good enough’ at competitions. The Race Tournament is designed for all players, no matter their skill level in competitions. There is a place for everyone in this event. It’s created for the ENTIRE kovaze community to have fun and get together in a shared experience. I’ve heard several people express concerns or not wanting to sign up, because they are scared of nuking their team and other team members getting mad at them for it. This blog is for those players. SIGN UP FORM: https://forms.gle/C8hzKeYQHMmshW6V6 As one of the hosts of this tournament, I want to reassure you that any rude behaviour towards a teammate for potentially messing up, will not be tolerated. The event is supposed to be lighthearted, with having fun as the core value. That is what we want to achieve, for EVERYONE. Don’t let fear hold you back from participating. Competetiveness is part of such an event, it’s good to be competetive! But in that competetiveness, teammates should HELP each other. Share strategies, ask your teammates how they play the competition to learn from them and improve. See it as an opportunity to learn and grow in your comp abilities, all while enjoying the experience. Any form of bullying will absolutely not be tolerated, so don’t let that fear hold you back. When I was new to this site, I was also scared to join race. But instead of letting it fear me, I was like fuck it let me play anyways so I can learn from my teammates. Working together with them, helped me improve a lot. I went from 3k in holey to 8k. Don’t even get me started on MatchThree.. I’d score like 1,5k max and after asking teammates how they do it and what’s the best way to play, my scores there have improved so much as well. AND THE SAME WILL HAPPEN TO YOU!!! The team aspect of it all will cause people to help and be uplifting, rather than talking down on their teammate. the shop system is horrible. users have to pay way too much for shitty ass designs and the GOOD designers either miss out on having a shop because of certain clowns, dont make the profit they deserve either way or they just, give up because they want to sell their designs at a normal price but that way won’t make profit so like whats it worth? the moving on things is WILD because it can be strategized and gamed, its not fun. BRING BACK OLD SHOPS WITH 40 STOCK AND MAKE DESIGNS AFFORDABLE FOR EVERYONE!
