It could be a raffle to join, with everyone paying the same amount, and the designs should also be sold for a fixed price. For instance, you'd pay 2500 koinz for a chance to get a shop, and you’d be selling 40 stocks for 500 koinz each. If you manage to sell all of them, you'd profit 1500 (assuming you're getting 20% from sales). If you don't get a shop you'll get your koinz back just like celebrities and I feel like if we are getting a fixed price for shops, then people wouldn't be able to charge 700 koinz for a boutique item because eventually we'll all know that a design isn't worth more than 500 koinz, specially if someone is trying to sell them (that means they don't want it anymore and shouldn't be selling for too much). Will be also easier to price for permission and shop owners wouldn't pay more than X for permission since they now have a cap (500 koinz per stock) to profit from. I'm pretty sure I can get ppl to pay 800 koinz for whatever I design, sure. I don't think that's a good business model for me, but I do think it's a better model in general than to get people competing and bidding a higher amount just to make it and then get to a point where they need to charge extra just to profit. And also if you're just that great (like I am), then you can always sell permissions. And also, thats a 1500 profit if you design your own shit, not considering that you have to buy permissions. Anyway, I think that's great.
