Today I felt like releasing the Fruit Skins Collection 2

Estômago (2007) – My Opinion A Brazilian work of art. The film features memorable scenes—moments that captivate and move the audience—such as the naivety of the protagonist, who ends up imprisoned after falling in love with a prostitute. Nonato became a chef after moving from Brazil's Northeast region to Curitiba (Paraná). His first job opportunity was making *pastéis* (fried pastries) at a bar; his only pay was a flea-infested room and a daily meal. The scene where he transitions from the bar to a job at a restaurant marks the worst choice of his life; it is there that he is introduced to *picanha*—not just the prime cut of beef, but a concept the restaurant owner describes by equating the cut of meat to a woman's buttocks, claiming the latter is the best part of a woman. This scene might seem insignificant at first, but it has a massive impact on the film's final minutes... Speaking of the final minutes... Remember the prostitute Nonato fell in love with? They are supposed to get married... Actually... no... Nonato catches the prostitute leaving with the owner of the new restaurant where he works, and he ends up stabbing them both. Ah, and do you remember what the "best part" of a woman is? Nonato prepares his final meal using that very part of the woman. The film excels in its screenplay, cinematography, acting, atmosphere, and—above all—its direction. It makes you reflect on the extremes to which a human being might go when faced with heartbreak. It also portrays the social injustice that plagues Brazilian (and global) society. Rating: 8.2

The Craft: Legacy - My Opinion

Horrible, terrible, appalling! The worst movie I’ve ever seen! Where did they find the actors for this movie? I’ve never seen such a bad cast assembled in a single film. How did the screenwriter write this? How did the director direct this abomination of a movie? It felt like watching a "woke" activist porno. I couldn't watch the movie without skipping ahead every 10 seconds. The exaggerated facial expressions the actresses make when they meet for the first time—seriously, it was awful! When I had to play Martin Luther in a school play, my acting was better than this... Guys, I felt physical pain watching this movie! I want to make a quick adjustment to the rating for the first movie: it’s going from 6.9/10 up to 8.4/10 (Brat desculpe por ter dado uma nota baixa para o primeiro filme) https://kovaze.com/blog/159850 I won't be able to sleep at night just thinking about how bad this movie is! Rating: 0.1/10

The Craft (1996) - My Opinion

The Craft We follow the lives of four young witches who band together after the blonde witch (I’ve forgotten her name) arrives in town. The film shows how the lust for power can destroy friendships—and even one's own sanity. As for the pacing, it starts off slowly, picks up speed, and before you know it, it’s already over. I liked the film's premise, but I feel something is missing—something to truly captivate the viewer. I found the script dated (even for its time) in its portrayal of the light-eyed blonde as the "good" witch and the goth girl as the "bad" one. It’s a good movie, but there is room for improvement in certain areas. Rating: 6.9/10 rectification 8.4/10

Prayers for Giruá/RS Brazil

Brazil's climate situation is becoming increasingly dire by the day! This is due to the Super El Niño and the unprecedented deforestation of the Amazon Rainforest—authorized by the Bolsonaro administration (often dubbed the "Brazilian Trump") in 2019. Approximately 35,193 square kilometers were cleared between 2019 and 2022, a 150% increase compared to the previous administration (data from INPE—the National Institute for Space Research). Today, a tornado—possibly classified as an F2—swept through the municipality of Giruá, in the state of Rio Grande do Sul. Previously, in late 2025, the municipality of Rio Bonito do Iguaçu (Paraná) was also struck by an F2 tornado, which devastated the entire town. F2-rated tornadoes have rarely occurred in Brazil, and when they did, they usually struck in forested or remote areas. The problem regarding climate change in Brazil is that, unfortunately, homes are not built to withstand such extreme events, nor do we have places—such as bunkers—to take shelter. The situation in Brazil is extreme. #PrayersforGirua Se você brasileiro, pobre, fodido e lascado como eu e pensa em votar no Flávio Bolsonaro, quero que você se foda gostoso e não se foder no bom sentido!

SIGNS - My Opinion

Signs (2002). The film depicts an alien invasion of the planet; however, scenes featuring the aliens themselves are scarce. Towards the end, I realized that the alien invasion scenario was chosen merely to convey the film's central message. The movie has a philosophical tone, suggesting that "SIGNS" appear before events actually unfold in our lives—implying that our destinies are already set and that we get a brief preview of the future through things like conversations, illnesses, financial struggles, or even arguments. A few things bothered me, such as the cliché choice of having aliens burn tons of corn just to create a pattern (in the film's case, to create location maps). I also found the aliens' decision to target a world that is 71% water to be foolish. I didn't quite understand how the main character could be a priest while having been married with two children. Note: 5.1/10

Disclosure Day - My Opinion

Gabbes      ❤ 112    ▲7

Disclosure Day: A decent to good movie! The film has a premise completely different from how it was marketed. It was sold as a story about "how the world would react to the discovery of extraterrestrial beings," but it turned out to be nothing more than an action movie where good flees from evil, or evil flees from good (depending on your perspective). The film ends right at the moment humanity discovers the truth, without showing the aftermath. It’s a shame the movie didn't deliver on its promise! Note: 5.2/10

Brazil will be the champion of the 2030 World Cup! I just consulted the tarot cards. Without Neymar's "premade" squad, Brazil will take the top spot on the podium. 🇧🇷🇧🇷
