For those of you who aren't familiar you will be randomised a partner at the beginning of the game. After round 1 you will have the opportunity to "push" your partner which will then randomise you getting a new partner. This will only happen for the first person to successfully push their partner and it must be within the first minute of a new round (I.e "Connor pushes Melanie"). NO Immunity Tickets. First out will be OUT. I will be removing the immunity ticket. There will be no exceptions here, you can push to the end if you want to!

After a long week Matchday 1 for each of the teams in this years world cup has been completed! 51 of you completed a draft... and the points have been calculated! The leaderboard and match results are in the Master Spreadsheet below... Currently in first place after week one/group stage match day 1 with 54 points is... Gabs! Obviously during the World Cup, similarly to when we had the Kovaze Gala there will be several fast paced custom mini game events. We want to try to include as many game modes as possible & are interested in hearing your ideas of what you'd like to see, or whether you've really enjoyed an specific custom game before that you would like to see return? I'm talking on the relatively small scale here as larger style events will always be given plenty of notice. Feel free to mail myself or @melanie on here or discord with your thoughts, just try to bear in mind we can't restructure an entire game for example and please don't take offence if we can't include your suggestion. I'd potentially be interested in hosting one this afternoon/early evening KVT, so just in case this will be a warning blog. Time zones obviously matter, and to make it fair to others if we get enough interest we would host one KVT evening time on Friday/Saturday as well. At approxmately 17:45 KVT I will be enrolling the first 20 to comment on A SEPARATE blog into a World Cup style race, starting at approximately 18:00 KVT. This will combine a favourite custom game with very simple world cup trivia. (Yes, you can very simply google but if you already know the answer that will obviously be quicker). Don't worry, during the World Cup there will plenty more of these held at various times so everyone will get a chance to play different themed games. These won't always be world cup trivia themed so please don't worry if you know absolutely nothing about the sport. These smaller style games will be for the same koinz/points as a regular game and in future we will try to give at least 30 minutes / 1 hour notice. but im in an arena and its safety chain and its taking like a year for one round. aside from safety chain being so long and honestly needing shortening, is there anything else you'd change about arena modes (and not saying like "oh get rid of this or that because i suck at comps" but like something that bugs you about a certain game mode?

We have had so many drafts so far and I'm so happy about it. I did this format because the chances of repeat drafts etc were a lot smaller due to the nature of the picking and thankfully we haven't had *one* repeat draft yet but I have seen some being very, very close. The more drafts done, the less chance of getting every team you want so send them in as soon as you can. Less than 24 hours to get your drafts in as they'll be closing at 2pm EST tomorrow before the first game! The earlier your draft is in the more chances you have of the teams you like not being taken. Going to bed now but it'll be first come first serve so if you send me your draft overnight I will let you know if anyone has the same as you, but if you send it just before the deadline just remember you might not have time to repick if someone has the same draft as you. hugs.
